Students celebrate the Moon-Cake Festival by making and eating Mooncakes!:  A traditional festival celebrated in mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Vietnam, as well as by overseas Chinese and Vietnamese communities in mid-autumn. Similar holidays are celebrated in Japan and Korea.
